ADT is convenient and user friendly

I have been using the ADT app for over a year now and love how it is convenient and easy to use. I used to work retail and hated having to run for the door after setting the alarm keypad. Now I can do it after I lock the door and am on my way to the car. I can also disable it from the warmth of my car on cold days so instead of running for a keypad after I unlock the door, I can run for the heater. If I ever get distracted and wonder if I forgot to set it, I can check on my phone and easily set it if I forgot. I also like the sensor activity history function while We are closed for the holidays.

I know this may sound silly because I’m not that old, but I have been taking my time to embrace technology...I have been enjoying this mobile app for my ADT alarm so much I can’t tell you. I’m a little forgetful and I also work weird hours, and having this at my fingertips has put a whole new level of comfort in my mind.#happyhomeowner
Live view only sometimes works

Honestly, it’s so frustrating all of these things we pay for monthly, ADT, ring, etc., and none of them ever work when you need them to. The ADT live view works 50% of the time when I’m trying to access it bc I need to see something. So incredibly frustrating. And no, it’s not my wifi connection, that happens to be one of the things that works well in our house.

Pretty but useless.

App looks great, however if something happens at your house and you try to view a video clip, it uses cached images and the app just does not refresh. So, if something happened yesterday then you can maybe see it, but if you are away from home and something has happened, you can forget about viewing any recorded video. To be as big as ADT is, and to have an app as useless as this, it's shameful.....especially considering what Pulse costs.
