We don’t always set our alarm when we leave the house so when we are going to be gone overnight the app is amazing. So many times we are pulling out the driveway or on our way when we remember we forgot to set the alarm. No worries we use the app and feel our home is safe for our return.
Sensors were not connecting, couldn’t arm device while away

Today, Don just left and everything is working properly. He knew exactly what was wrong, fixed it and I am very please. It is good to know that the technicians take pride in doing their job well. Everything worked just like he said, even the app on my cellphone. I can now arm my device when away and all three issues that were on my app, is gone. I can monitor the system and arm and disarm the system remotely. I miss losing the to scale full house map I made with all device locations shown. That I used to check the operation of doo/window devices and motion sensors. Another feature that would be helpful is to be able to disable a faulty motion sensor remotely. Over the years we’ve had two occasions where a faulty motion sensor tripped the system, the police were called to inspect the house but we could only switch the system to Armed Stay until we returned home.

I appreciate the fact that if I forget to put the alarm on I can do it from my phone it makes us feel safe even if we’re not at home

Still being charged for account that was closed over a year ago. The company closed he account and everything was removed from the home and still you’re charging us. See you in court. Will never use any of your products again.
