Simply does not work

App asked for a 4 digit pin code, but NEVER asks for it. App alerts you when your alarm is triggered and asks you if you would like to turn it off by pressing the large red button. You press and press and press but nothing happens, EVER. The CSR that calls had to turn the alarm off. The actual phone number to reach ADT is NOWHERE in the app, NOWHERE. You need to exit the app and then Google ADT in order to let them know the app is not working. EVERY TIME I talk to ADT about problems with the app they state that it is run by a different company and they can’t do ANYTHING. The app itself will asks for suggestions, but NEVER EVER fix any of the issues. I am counting the minutes until my contract expires.

Ok so I love ADT because they make me feel so safe at home during the night and also when I go on vacation their app makes me feel like I have control back.I tried those other alarm companies and they just can’t beat the safety and control of ADT.

We’ve been using this app for 2 years in Hampton VA and this app has never worked flawlessly! From the camera not working, to the app saying it’s never connected to the system, to the door lock showing unlocked when it’s locked! The list just never stops! We have tried to look for another company but the selections out here are slim to none... ADT has let us all the way down with this app and their less than mediocre service in this area...

I am unable to log in with the correct email set and password into this application. I receive an error message that says successful login but I don’t have access to website. Then I call to question what that means and am told it’s my operating system on my cellphone! (I have an Apple 12). Will be canceling service as I don’t need the aggravation. Thanks for nothing. #saveyourmoney #youwontbeabletomonitoryourhome #getadog

This app is simply AMAZING! EVERYTHING IS AT YOUR FINGER TIPS! I’ve been with other companies over the years and even researched prior to coming onboard with ADT and I have no complaints nor suggestions!

The way they said they was calling police and the fact they never showed up scares me adt seems cool but you can do exactly what they do by failing 912 and they’ll come faster to u then adt.

Caps key is not on won’t let me sign in

Keeps saying caps key is on when I go to sign in when it is not. Fix it!
