Ring Doorbell always disconnecting

ADT please working the disconnection of the ADT Ring doorbell and the customer WiFi. And by the way my WiFi is at the max for my area and the ring is my only wire or wireless connection issue in the house.
Will not work on iPad

I have spoken with numerous people at tech support and they can’t tell me why I suddenly can’t get the app to work on my 7th generation iPad. Can you?

Great App.. Convenient.. But occasionally logs you out without warning, so make sure you know your password even if you select “keep me signed in”.
