Customer Service - they need to get it together

The app works fine but Zara does very little for their customers: they are leary on accepting returns without tags, you have to send them photos if you feel an item is defective and wait a few days for response,they don’t have reloadable gift cards, they won’t ship an item to you available at a store but unavailable on their website, they seldom have sales. I’m pretty perplexed/ most retailers are all about satisfying their customers. Apparently Zara has a different mentality.
Only accepts Jordanian CCs

Tried to shop online but their app doesn’t accept foreign cards. Their app is only made for Jordanians who lives in Jordan the entirety of their lives no respect to others
