I love shopping using this app I don’t have any technical problems with it and it’s user friendly. My only complaint is that it needs the option to create and add items to a wishlist. Make it happen.
Customer service on the chats are horrible

The customer reps on this app are unhelpful and offer zero empathy. They offer no solutions and only seem to want to end calls.
