Customer Service - they need to get it together – ZARA Review

The app works fine but Zara does very little for their customers: they are leary on accepting returns without tags, you have to send them photos if you feel an item is defective and wait a few days for response,they don’t have reloadable gift cards, they won’t ship an item to you available at a store but unavailable on their website, they seldom have sales. I’m pretty perplexed/ most retailers are all about satisfying their customers. Apparently Zara has a different mentality.
