It’s fast and easy and the best thing is that you have your receipt on your phone when you need it.

If you’re shopping online please make sure you’re very well aware that if you try to return items over 30 days, NO STORE will accept it. They won’t even give you store credit. You can’t ship the items back. It’s the biggest scam. I online shop a ton and I’ve never experienced this. It makes me think twice before shopping at this store, and I will never online shop here. Hope this saves you time and money!

Fairly easy to navigate. Better then the website which can be confusing at times. Sale items can be daunting to locate if not search correctly. Out of stock merchandise has tendency to pop up. Zara doesn’t offer reserve items for your cart unlike Nordstrom. If you don’t shop quick enough, half of the merchandise in your cart will be out of stock which can be frustrating.
