Filter functionality missing

The app while nice looking misses the basic functionality of filtering by size and color. If this is added it would increase a customers ability to buy and Zara’s ability to sell. Please consider this immediately!

The app is fine but changes need to be made because I go shopping a week before I buy something and I can’t favorite an item I like. So I have to go back and find it again which is really stressful. Also are there no rewards? I’m not saying that’s a bad thing to not have them but it would be nice to buy a lot of things and get rewards.

This app is easy to use however it’d be awesome to have a filter option so as to narrow down the sizing that I need.

It’s very easy to use overall, and the experience is just as good as the on-site one. The one thing that the app lacks and should ideally have is filters on the category pages. There are so many products to look at, especially when inventory is at its peak, so filters are essential in those circumstances. It’s really helpful in navigating the sales. My favorite part about the app is the ability to scan bar codes in-store and getting immediate access to the online information for a product. Keep up the awesome work, Zara!

I love Zara, but the only problem with price adjusment. I bought an item,even before I get it, it goes out on a sale. And I have to return and buy again.Sometimes it may sold out.Or I use it and can not return it, but after a week it gors on sale. I think this is not fair. Zara should undertake decision about price adjusment.

While it is easy to order what you see in the store. And I love ZARA. The clothing do not look the same on the models. I don’t understand why you chose to make clothing look worse. The models look horrible, like right out of concentration camp or starved nation. They do not resemble the people who buy the cloth.

Superb! Shopping in a small town in Taiwan becomes fun after using this app. Colors, styles, and sizes are suddenly all available. Love it!
