Poor Customer Service in APP

The so called 24/7 chat is a joke. No one answers to help. I ordered 20 items and I received 1. Contacted the online chat to find out an update on the rest of my order and go no response. I guess I’ll either call in or just cancel the order.

Definitely annoying to shop at Zara.com or more annoying in store at the cherry creek mall in Denver Colorado. Lazy workers and trashy store. Better close it.

Returns are difficult
Lover of clothes!
I contacted Zara 6 times to return the jacket in my order. They have never emailed me the return slip so I ha e paid $15 to return on my own. Their Customer service and online system needs serious upgrading. Even after speaking to a so called manager they couldn’t figure it out. Pathetic!

Beautiful site 100% really appreciate it needs to have more of old Collection for better customer service sometimes The costumers don’t have the time on running late but take a Peak @ the collection runs in and out of the store later forgets on what he wanted to get Something like wish list on the styled that might be on sale no no longer show on the app
