Bad quality

I love zara, and I always buying here so many clothes! But nearby i have not this store and always ordering from internet . Yesterday i got new package . Black pants and i wear just once and its looks like I bought one year ago its so bad quality . Am so obsessed!! I really trusted before

This is the worst campaign ever. I don’t want to look manly especially during these dark times. Stupid to require a nickname. Someone is out of touch with your audience. Get a grip.

Horrible app to shop. Not user friendly, confusing, no real idea of how clothes look it is just a hope and prayer that clothes look better in person than they do in pics. No easy way to change password. Very poorly designed. Also when they ask for nickname to place your review if it is a negative one they say all nicknames are taken.

the worst service I order something to pick up same confirmation day the store close and never ever got a mail about my stuff I called and now that the store is open they said we request your refund ??? unbelievable
You have to accept marketing to install.

It’s obnoxious to force your event marketing etc., on your customers who just want to shop on the app. You made shopping about you - not the customer, and I actually might not purchase from you again. Integrity, class - still matter.
