Neat idea but needs work

We wanted to rent bikes as a family, but after renting one we realised that app limits you to one bike per account.

if you ever need to be somewhere in a timely manner, NEVER trust this app. It works 30% of the time, the other 70% the app will give you an error, crash, not end your rental, or not let you rent a bike. the app often overcharges you, and if it won’t properly cancel your ride, it’ll will override and cancel for you for an extra $5. ridiculous. terribly created app.
Developers Should Be Ashamed

Good concept. The app developers should find a new line of work. 5th graders could develop something more technically sound.
Locking issue

The bike was great! Rental through the app was easy. Enjoyed a nice day riding around downtown. However, when it came time to return the bike I followed the app instructions. In short the pin for the lock was able to be pulled out after locking the bike. After calling support to notify of the problem, they told me that because the bike was not securely locked that I was responsible for the bike. That’s right! Their locking system fails and you are responsible! They told me I had two options. 1. leave the bike and hope for the best that know one steals it. 2. Bring it back to my hotel across town for them to pick up. After calling back I decided to take the bike back to the hotel. Unfortunately, at this point they put the bike in maintenance mode making the rear wheel unusable. Impossible for me to ride to my hotel to hold it for them to pick it up. Finally, they gave me the ok to leave the bike releasing me from responsibility. What an ordeal!

I had read that it said rides that don’t last longer than 2 hours are free. I was on mine for less than 1 hour but I was still charged 3 dollars.
