App crashes constantly, app indicates that email/phone in use but doesn’t allow for cc to be entered or be able to sign in after the fact to fix problem because the app crashed while I was trying to use it. Two other ppl next to me couldn’t unlock bike and gave up.

Was unable to end the ride via the app, and bike locations were all incorrect. The app is basically useless. Only thing that works is the bike.

Much better way to rent a bike.

App is great. Much better way to rent a bike than the legacy way. Only complaint is bikes could use some maintenance. Turned in 2 bikes early because of seat adjustment issues. One wouldn’t adjust and the other wouldn’t stay up.

Great concept! I am much more likely now to go for a ride since loading and unloading a bike into a car can be enough of an obstacle to make me change my mind. I’m lucky enough to live near a Greenway that offers miles and miles of shady flat trails. It’s not an overstatement to say that Zagster really has enhanced my life ?
Doesn’t work!

Tried multiple times to set up account and just keep getting error messages. Not worth the trouble. Bummer because bikes are available a short walk away.

I read the other poor reviews and also had trouble creating an account with the app until I finally entered my gender. It didn’t finish the signup process unless I did although it was not a required field.

Only says there is one bike available when I am standing in front of four! The one it says is available won’t unlock. I’ve used the app several times and it’s a problem every time. I just gave up today and decided to walk. Not worth it.
