Too Long to Sync Transactions

The functionality of the app is fantastic. I like the philosophy behind YNAB, but the one problem I have is the time it takes for transactions to sync from my accounts to the app. The app is always 2 days minimum behind my actual online accounts. Then by the time I get around to categorizing my transactions it’s been longer (5 days or so). This makes using the app to check on remaining balances almost useless. Other budgeting apps are way ahead with some that even show pending transactions. If YNAB could fix this, then it would easily be a 5 star service.

First of all you guys need to know I’m a CPA and I have a master’s degree in accounting. So I’m very tech savvy when it comes to budgeting. This app is hands down the best one I have ever tried. I am a very cheap person but I will subscribe to this app for sure because of the incredible value it brings me. The ability to budget into the future and move money in between categories is amazing. Also the workshops taught me so much! I thought I’m good at dealing with my finances because of my credentials (see above) but the workshops has improved my view on so many aspects of budgeting and have a positive financially healthy future! Thank you YNAB !

Seriously, 5 Stars is not high enough for the services YNAB provides. Through their app and live in-app customer service, they may have saved my marriage. How many apps bring families closer together instead of further apart? Go YNAB! Solid app, missing some nice-to-haves

Would like to see all of the desktop reports added to the mobile app. Not sure what is taking so long. I also dislike that they made the numeric keyboard smaller in the latest update that added the calculator.

Just have to do this to offset the 5 star review with the same title. Just give us the regular number pad. This mini little keypad drives me crazy.

Just recently started using, and I’m really excited. I’ve been pretty confused, both about how to use the app and how to pick a subscription for myself. I’ve messaged them several times with a bunch of questions and each time they have been nice, understanding, and very helpful. Looking forward to long time use! Plus free for students!

Most confusing app ever purchased

I recently tried this app for budgeting purposes. I found the setup to be extremely complicated and the process of categorizing new expenses painful. I gave up after several attempts to use. I forgot to cancel and was incredibly dismayed when they charged my Apple account $83.99. Yikes! Don’t let this happen to you. Wish I could get a refund!
