This app is great. Just wish it had casting abilities. service is payed for so should be able too.

Programming last watched can still play even after you’ve made the decision to switch to something else, meaning you can hear the sound from two channels as this would never happen on television yet it happens on your App which means it is still flawed and needs a software Update.

No longer works at all

While the app used to work great, it is no longer functional. I deleted and downloaded after it failed to update the streams and could not stream anything and now I can’t even get past the “get started” screen without the app failing.

Streaming issue

Why aren’t I able to use my IPad with my home projector for live tv or recordings. Always get “error message” about unable to playback. Both devices are in my home WiFi Comcast network. Very disappointing.....would like explanation. Frustrated

All good content is in-home only. You can’t watch any major sports games. It has very few movies or tv shows and the options are none of the famous, widely followed works. Destroys the point of having the app.

Why does this app not support viewing movies and tv by genre? It is a standard feature on almost all other streaming services but Comcast can’t seem to prioritize adding this feature.

Can’t watch unless you’re connected to in-home WiFi

The point of streaming is to watch shows or games while you’re away from home, so what’s the point of this app? If I can only watch while connected in-home, I’ll watch shows or games from my TV and not this app.

I got excited for no reason

I was excited to watch a featured movie of the month having never used the service. So I download the app, ready to watch the evening movie. Only problem, I can't air play to my TV because....I have no clue why, but it wouldnt let me watch the content until I disconnected airplay. So I figure hey, I can download shows on the app, I have a flight in a couple days so maybe I can use it on the plane. As far as I can tell anything you may want to watch, you can't download. So unless you watch content exclusively on your phone/iPad connected to the internet, this app is a waste of space.
