Does this app ever load? I am stuck in the loading screen no matter what I try including removing and adding back in.

I figured this app would be a good way to reach customer service, since that’s the only feature in this app, but don’t bother. The text service is awful, unless you like waiting 20 minutes for each response. It’ll take you an hour before you even get started. I gave up after 40 minutes of getting nowhere and being ignored, and now I wonder: what’s the point of this app? Online chat is far better.

With WiFi connection I get a blank screen — if I turn off WiFi and connect via cellular it runs ok. Nice way to force me to use more data.

It hasn’t worked in 3 months, even after updates. The app never loads and I can’t access anything.

Was great. Showed data used, allowed switching from by the gig to unlimited, could see bills, etc.. Nothing will load now unless you are using mobile data. I’ll use my browser, wifi and Xfinitymobile.com until it’s fixed.

What is with this app? For two days I have been trying to check my mobile account, and all I get is a white screen with three little dots moving left to right...

I love the phone service but what is wrong with your app? Half the time I try to access it it just shows the 3 dots cycling endlessly. Very annoying. Can you fix it so it works more than half the time please?

This app worked well on my iPhone 6 until about 6 or 7 days ago then stopped working. I assume that you are working on a fix for the bug.
