I was changed for data usage phone never left house mobile data off phone is off only use to place phone calls $40 last month next month $65 nasty rude customer service worker , I guess a nasty worker think she the company hopefully she talk down to someone and they will report her , oh that right company have set it up now you can’t contact upper management ☹️if there were another company I would leave now??

I rarely ever use the app but when I do, it seems that whenever I try to do anything account related (like see the bill breakdown for example) it refers me to the mobile site with the above error message. That’s a VERY annoying.


Excellent App but One Time Credit Payments Needed

Love the app, service and phone but you need to include anytime one time payments like we can do on our cable bill. Example: I currently owe nothing on my mobile bill but I want to pay a little extra now and have a credit balance. I have a credit balance on my cable bill right now for $120.00 so when my cable bill generates on the second of next month, I’ll barely owe anything and I have peace of mind knowing I’m fully paid and will have extra money for next month. On the mobile app, I can’t do that. I see I can pay extra anytime on the device itself but it should also be an option for the mobile bill. I’m sure a lot of others would like the option to make one time payments toward the bill and have a credit balance. I’m also sure that would help with less people having late payments, etc. It makes it easier for us to owe less on our upcoming bill if we have extra money through the month and it ensures you get paid in full from more mobile customers. It’s a win win for you and us.

Still lack of information from the app

I just updated to the latest version of Xfinity Mobile and while there are now push notifications for when a payment is due, there is still NO NOTIFICATIONS when a person is reaching the end of their cellular limit! C’mon man! Really. Something as simple as that and this app can’t do it. This app has very little value. Really, very little. 4-8-19 Another upgrade to this app and STILL NO NOTIFICATIONS when a person is reaching their cellular data limit! Still waiting for this useful information! 5-1-18 Another upgrade to this app and STILL NO WAY IF SETTING UP NOTIFICATIONS WHEN A PERSON IS GETTING CLOSE TO THEIR LIMIT! What is up people? This cannot be hard to achieve. Why do I get notifications when my bill is due, but no notifications when my limits are growing close? 12-2-19 I have come to the conclusion that Comcast does not want to alert a user that they are getting close to their usage limit and the messaging dialog I shared with The app developer on this subject and his “promise” to include it in a future upgrade was a complete lie. Xfinity/Comcast has no intention of alerting the user because they make more money by remaining silent.
