What. No zero star?
1 FED UP CUSTOMER
I’ve downloaded and installed the Xfinity mobile app only to find problems with the easy pair linking my new iPhone 11 Pro max to our new TV. I contacted Xfinity customer support and they stated many Xfinity/Comcast customers have also called with the same issue. MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS ARE UNABLE TO EASY PAIR, TOO! X/C customer support stated they are having problems with the app functioning properly. ZERO STARS INACCESSIBLE, TOO.

Very user friendly and feels great as a customer that I am in control not a career or service provider like others. This is why I love Xfinity it’s always geared towards taking care of the customers.
Good but could be better

It has a lot of functionality but I’d really like to see the option to view Printable versions of my bill. You know, like, the xfinity internet/cable bill that I receive. Seems silly that this version of the bill requires that I call in and specially request this. Also, no security to access account details? That should be there imo.

The migration path was awful to migrate my 4 line account. Filled out the survey to describe how bad the porting process was. The escalation team reached out once to ask about it. Never heard from them again after trying to contact twice. Customer comes last as usual.

I don’t need my phone to be a hotspot, I use data at home, and in my area their are hotspots everywhere. This service is incredible and cheap, Game changing, finally a service for me.
Completely Broken

The latest update to the app completely broke it. The app just says something along the lines of “sorry about this but we can’t retrieve your account information.”
Stay away find another provider

Xfinity mobile is a terrible provider with terrible service and coverage I just swapped out to another provider

This app isn’t even working now. It just says something went wrong no matter what I do.
Great App for making changes to the best plan

Loving how easy it is to change my plan on the fly. Cannot complain about this app one bit.
