I used to LOVE this app! However, more often than not, it no longer captures my walk information. I have uninstalled/re-installed to no avail. I know it’s this app and not my phone because my iPhone Health Tracker is capturing every step. I love the idea of walking with this app for the charitable contributions toward rescue-but if this continues, I’m dropping it.

How do I get my pups’ rescues listed as options? I have two not listed: Forever Loved and Aussie Rescue of Minnesota

Donating...I doubt it, but just in case, auto stopping.

I’ve used this app off and on for several years. I just found out that donations are based not on how far you walk, but how many people are signed up to donate to an organization. In my case, I support a small and humble rescue in a small area. Myself and one other walk for it. For all my walking, I doubt there has been any donation because if the minuscule numbers walking. ........What a shame. My guess is this is little more than a very creative venue to get the app user to interface with the ads. I’ve suspected this is particularly the case lately as just recently the app now stops tracking your progress about .10 mile into the walk..even though we are not pausing. Could this be a little back-up plan to thwart any real contributions to a given organization? I’ve no problem looking at the ads, but I have a real problem with the con. I’ll just use another walking app, happily look at their ads...especially since my organization and its participants are too small to even qualify for pennies.

I loved this app when I first downloaded it, but now it frequently doesn’t even record my walks anymore. I start the app, begin walking, and then I guess it is stopping recording and “autosaving” my walk. I have autosave set to kick in after 20 minutes of inactivity, but it seems to happen almost immediately after pausing walking for a brief second. What a shame; I was using this to raise money for breed rescue, but it’s a pain to use now. I’ve also been waiting forever hoping the developers would add Apple Watch integration, but I’m still waiting. Last version update was 10 months ago; can’t believe there’s been no revisions given the problems I and others experience.

I will also delete the app. It was showing how far I walked and when posting that would show on my facebook when shared. It no longer does. It has lost it’s accountability factor. Just saying I walked is not sufficient. I give this no stars unless this can be fixed. If not I will find another app. This also effects my opinion of wag. Got do a follow through. Please contact me if you would like.

i Downloaded app and it only had the time and miles that you walk with the your dog only thing I would suggest is that it has a map and an icon when the dog pee and poops so i can send it to the owner after my walks.

Initially when I started using the app I was under the impression donations were based on miles walked. Now it appears that the shelter must have at least 20 walkers. Our small (but very important) shelter serves a rural community and has topped out at 9 users. I’ve queried Wolftrax via email about this and asked for specific amounts donated to my shelter. Weeks now and no response. I’m quitting the app and will pursue alternate method of helping the shelter.

Horrible upgrade - why’d you do it?

I use this app at least once a day, usually twice. Today I installed the update. The look of the app is completely different, stays frozen on the first screen no matter what “option” I choose at the bottom. Where is the map info from my last walk?! Where is option to select both of my dogs, not just the one? Can I get the previous version back?

It’s great to see all the shelters that are benefiting from the app, and to see others who are walking for my shelter.
