The update has made this app unusable! I’ve used this app for years and have also used it all over the world. Now it just doesn’t work. It’s not user friendly. If something is working beautifully why mess with it and break it.

Old version was rock solid. Change isn’t always better and in this case this version should be shelved. No excuse for regressing. Reported level keeps changing. Walks that are saved aren’t saved. Walks report as 0 miles. History doesn’t report distance walked. Constantly crashes...Ugh. I could go on and on but it’s not worth it.

Hi. I have been using app for a long time the reversion is difficult to use. I agree with everything Heather said And what do levels mean. Like Level 1. Level 2. Etc. ??

Great when works - Hate it!

Used to work fine... now shuts itself down for no reason and isn't recording walks ? frustrating at best. Would give it zero or negative stars if I could

Great when it works and it did for a long time but the past year or so it’s pretty sketchy . New design looks pretty but rarely records our walk. Really don’t know why I even try anymore.

I used to love this app. It was easy to use. Since the update it rarely works properly. I used to make sure I walked a certain number of miles per month and it was simple because it displayed a 30 day total. I have walked for 2 different organizations, it no longer shows the first one. It’s really irritating to use. It’s hard to start, hard to end and hard to read. I’m looking for another app that will donate to dog charities when I walk.

App used to incorrectly track walk path, now it is extremely accurate. Love the idea! Some ideas for improvement: *WATCH APP - preferably one that “talks” with the activity apps and prompts you to start walking with a dog when you select an outdoor walk (but before you start walking). *Ability to change order dogs are displayed in on the home screen. *Ability to change with dog you are displayed with on the “community” tab.

A disappointment after 5 years of use with this new update

I’ve used this almost five years and have been very happy with it. Only thing I found lacking was the ability to look at other features in the app while on an active walk.

Cheating me on my miles

This app doesn’t record miles accurately. I can do the exact same walk 2 days in a row and there will be over a mile difference. I can do longer than the previous day and it will say 2 + miles shorter. Extremely inaccurate.

Great idea but.....

This is a great idea and app IF it works. Maybe 95% of my walks / runs get auto saved with no distance because of “no movement detected “ after 20 minutes. All my other activity apps record time and distance so it’s not the phone. Really wish it worked, like I said, it’s a great concept.
