Since the update to the new interface this app has become rubbish. By that I mean unless it is launched under Wi-Fi, the app is unresponsive. None of the controls on the dashboard respond. To be specific if I tap start walking nothing happens. If I tap the settings nothing happens. If I tap anything nothing happens. It works fine in my house, but the odd thing is, I walk my dogs outside out of range of my Wi-Fi and I don’t always have time to turn the app on before leaving the house. There was an update a couple of days ago and at that point it would work outside, but this morning it does not. Rebooting and even uninstalling and reinstalling don’t help. What can I say, it’s worth every penny I paid for it.

The new update doesn’t work. It stops tracking and after a mile plus I find it shows we haven’t walked. Not happy.

Are used to be able to use this app every time I was walking my dog. After the recent update to the app I’m lucky if it actually opens and allows me to record a walk. Please fix this- I want to change my review to a four a five star review instead. I used to use this on every walk with my dog.

The ads in the new version are annoying. I would pay to have them removed, but that is not an option. Summary tracking is missing from this version, so we can no longer see a total for the month. I never had any issues with the old version. On the new version, my walk didn’t start today, and sadly I didn’t check it during the walk.

The old version was much better. It doesn‘t open so I can‘t track my walk when I need it. It‘s also confusing. The version before was clearer.

I don’t know the earlier version of this but it’s quite simple and can really make an impact. It tracks how far you’ve traveled, even the average speed you went. You can enter in personalization to enter your dog or even take a virtual one. That’s what I loved most, you don’t need an actual dog! I’ve always wondered how much a point is, but I do know that the more points the more donated. It would be fun to see exactly what your impact has given but it’s very fun how they total up your group and show how much each shelter has earned. Not to mention it motivates me to go out everyday and take a walk, no matter how short. Each day I improve more and more and have more stamina and feel better in general. If you want to help a shelter out and/or want to help improve your health I recommend this app always! I really appreciate what this app does for non profit shelter all around the world. Thank you :)

I have been using this app for years, and the developers recently did a complete design overhaul. Ever since then there have been more than a few bugs unfortunately. They have released some bug fix updates, but for me different bugs popped up with the bug fixes! The latest version keeps showing “resume previous walk” even though I stopped and saved, even restarted the app. Walk history is spotty; some of my walks appear, some duplicates show up with 0 miles, and some walks don’t show up in the history until days later. Connectivity on my end is not an issue, because I have no problems with signal or wi-fi. I will continue to limp through using this app because I do appreciate having this method of supporting our local shelter, but if it weren’t for that, I would have given up on this app already. I sincerely hope the developers will use this feedback to improve the user experience, especially since it was so great before!
