Like the app- disappointed in the update

It seems that with the latest update you can no longer see your total for the last 30 days! I loved that feature. I liked to set goals for me and my pup to keep our 30 day total at a certain number and now it’s gone (or at least I don’t see it anymore) ?

I’ve been using WoofTrax for some time on our dog walks but the new version is absolutely terrible. The previous version was simple and easy to use. Now I’m not sure if it’s even counting my miles walked.

I LOVED the update we just got! The new app was amazing! I tried to remove my first listed dog as she’s my dads and we don’t really walk her much, and ever since; the new app won’t work! I turned my phone off and back on. I deleted the app and reinstalled. It won’t let me type my email and name in again, from the first page of the app. So I was very happy, but now I’m unable to even use the app and I’m very sad about that!
Not Happy with Latest Update

I love this app but the latest update has missed the mark. The UI is cumbersome and difficult to navigate? I really don’t want to see a PET HEROS every time I open the app either. It’s also hard to see the dog I’m walking with and in order to STOP my walk now I have to first PAUSE the walk in order to get to the STOP button. I’ll keep using the app but wish I could revert back to the previous release.
New version is awful

I used this app religiously for almost 6 years every time I walked my dog. Great concept and simple enough to use. Since this new update, it won’t even open!! I tried deleting and reinstalling and it worked the first time but now it just opens and freezes or shuts down. It looks like it’s a nice revision... if it would actually work!
Doesn’t work with Apple health

The latest version doesn’t sync with Apple health. I’ve used it the last 2 day with no sync. Please fix this. The data isn’t registering

Like other users have commented, this “updated” version isn’t an update, it’s a downgrade! Hard to record walks, impossible to edit or filter anything, and it deleted our mileage history prior to July 15th. What happened WoofTrax?!
Confusing but works

I have been using this app for close to 3 months. I use it to walk a number of dogs for our rescue. It definitely tracks your location, distance and speed. I am confused with the new update why I am still a Level 1 when I use this everyday and track all of my walks. I also find it very difficult to earn donations for our rescue but this could be because we don’t have many people using it compared to other organizations.

I’ve faithfully used the app for some years now. Once before, due to an update, it wouldn’t open anymore and I believe I fixed it by uninstalling and downloading again. This update I did a week ago is doing the same. Will try to fix once more. Overall I’ve always enjoyed the app and it has been nice to see how many miles I have gotten my dogs out and possibly helped get some funds raised. Haven’t seen what this new version does, but hope to find out soon. Thanks for making an app that is fun and also supports these charities.
