Compare it to the Sonic or McDonald’s app and Whataburger loses by a very wide margin. I would not recommend wasting time using this app.

Horrible app charged me 2 times and didn’t place my order, was on the phone with customer service for hours!!

Don’t be fooled by the ease and sleekness of the app. Your local Whataburger WILL NOT MAKE YOUR ORDER. Let me repeat… Your local Whataburger WILL NOT MAKE YOUR ORDER. Had to say it twice, cause it happened twice, even after selecting my pickup time (ordered 40 minutes in advance). After waiting 15 minutes after my scheduled pickup time I requested a refund and was told the local store can’t do that and to contact corporate. Talk about empowering your managers. Deleted the app. Unsubscribed from the E-blast.
Good food ruined by poor execution

This would be a five star review, except for one thing: how to get the food. The hours for pickup through the drive-thru are crazy and never available. Curbside orders are ignored (I waited 15+ minutes on multiple occasions just to have to go inside to pick up the food that was waiting there; which would have been fine, if I was told to come in rather than wait with my blinkers on). When I’ve ordered breakfast and had to select walk-in, the restaurant was closed to walk-in and the employees were upset with me. It seems like almost every time there is some error in execution of the app. The app is largely good, and the food is great. But get your execution together or your customers will be extremely annoyed.

I’ve ordered enough on this app the get a reward, but every time I go to click on the redeem rewards it just keeps spinning and spinning then says it’s having a technical error!! Sooo annoying!!

Can’t login with my email. App won’t reset my password. Can’t create a new account because my email is already in use. Well done Chicago.

(Just order chick fil a) or go to Inn & Out When you place an order on the app you are told a time that it will be ready. When you arrive and select your pick up options you then find out that you still have to wait in the drive thru because curbside is turned off and the store is closed. If you decide to wait in the line your food is cold no other options. If you decide not to wait you have to call to get a refund. If you used your reward and cancel the order consider it gone. Customer service is horrible and won’t reply to my email regarding my reward. The app is a waste of time and misleading. I order chick fil a from now on no matter what. The app is 10000 time better and the service is unbeatable.
