Not worth it.

This app has so many issues. You constantly get the message that it has so many technical issues. I called customer service for help to upload a gift card to my app. Tracy, the customer service representative, said the app doesn’t upload gift cards! I informed her, that I have been doing that for the past years! She was shocked! Lol What is the point of having an app, if it doesn’t make it easier.

This app can’t give me the option of paying with cash , it straight tells me that I have to pay in credit card or gift card

I love using the app when ordering breakfast for my coworkers, but I always have to call the restaurant right after to ask to make all the eggs scrambled. Please add an option for scramble eggs!!

Getting better all the time, BUT, you really need to add an option on curbside pickup for a drink carrier. I have to ask for one ever time when they bring the food out. If there is only one person in the car ordering for several, there is no way to handle all the drinks.

I’ve had the same issue with the app i don’t know what it is but every time I try to order using the app it always says there is a technical issues or error. I’ve updated it. I’ve re downloaded it numerous times and consistently have this issue would like to get this fixed.

The last 5 times I’ve tried to add a visit with a receipt it asks you to choose a location and then when you do it closes the app.

I honestly love the fact that you respond to options of those who have had problems and respond, Overall I love the customer service and it’s easy to use the menu and pick what you want.

If the third party delivery service does not acknowledge your order, the order is not sent to the restaurant. Even though the app tells you your order was received and gives you a delivery time window.
