Location locator is awful

App should recognize your recent orders better. Accidentally chose a location way farther than me because it suggested that location to me and it was similar to a street I order from. Also, after the order it won’t even tell you the full address with numbers only the street names.

What's point of ordering ahead when I still have to wait inline to pickup in the same line as if I just pulled up and waited in the drive thru?

Took too long to cancel order. Not very intuitive. The app appears to be immature. Needs some updates to improve ease of use.

They don’t allow us to cancel an order that the driver hasn’t answered us and has been sitting for an hour at the restaurant. I tried calling customer service and they said someone will reach out within 3 to 5 Buisness days and did not allow me to simply CANCEL THE ORDER FOR DELIVERY.

Order on the app and it states order will be ready in 10-12 mins. Pull up to whataburger and their is 20+ cars in line. It’s 2am so the inside isn't open and you can’t you end up waiting and hour. Also you can’t cancel the order in the app. So now I have to wait for a refund.
