The online menu is about half of what the actual menu is. Can’t add simple things like a milkshake, cinnamon roll??? What? You can do better....

It’s been weeks and the app never loads. I figured it was a fluke because I order quite often. I restarted my phone and I’ve even deleted and reinstalled and I’m still not able to place an order. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

This app needs a major update, not only with the navigation but also with the rewards. Come on Whataburger, one free order of French fries or one taco after you spend 10-50 plus dollars on food. Makes no sense…

With a family of 6 there’s a lot to my order. Every time I order the scroll function freezes up and I can never scroll to check or make changes to my order. I have to proceed to check out, review my order there and if I need to change anything I have to cancel the order and start over.

My YouTube home page displayed an ad that said “free Whataburger” when you download the app. I downloaded the app and created an account and I did NOT receive a free Whataburger offer or reward. Misleading ad; consumer beware!

One of the purposes of using the app is so you don’t have to wait forever when you arrive to get your food. Other fast food places have your food ready when you arrive, not the case here, show up at the suggested time and you are still waiting another 20-30 minutes for your food. So my advice is scrap the app and just go through drive-thru or walk-in and order it, app has no real benefit.

Can’t order online

Every time I place an order i get a message saying that online order isn’t available in any store I choose, what’s the point of having an app if they can’t get enough employees to get the orders done

This app is great, however I love my fries and onion rings extra crispy, would be nice if I could add that in a comment section. ??‍♂️ Food for thought, no pun intended.
