Don’t be fooled by the ease and sleekness of the app. Your local Whataburger WILL NOT MAKE YOUR ORDER. Let me repeat… Your local Whataburger WILL NOT MAKE YOUR ORDER. Had to say it twice, cause it happened twice, even after selecting my pickup time (ordered 40 minutes in advance). After waiting 15 minutes after my scheduled pickup time I requested a refund and was told the local store can’t do that and to contact corporate. Talk about empowering your managers. Deleted the app. Unsubscribed from the E-blast.
