This app this useful if your trying to write a novel or a journal or whatever!a must have for anyone who enjoys writing

I like the app, I use it a lot. But it’s been constantly crashing lately. It crashes after about an hour. I even paid for the subscription. If it keeps crashing, I’m afraid I’m going to have to cancel my subscription and find a different writing app. If it wasn’t crashing, it would be great!

Hi there. I’ve been using Werdsmith for about six months now, and have had no problems with it up until now. The fact that you have to pay for extra storage is a little extreme for a writing app- after all, the goal of it is to encourage people to write more, am I correct? With that said, I especially like the password function that allows me to feel more secure that no one can get into my writings without my permission. Also, if I did have the money, I most likely would buy the different formats, extra storage, etc. Thank you for creating an app that encourages my love for writing!

Good, But Not Ideal

While the app is good for writing small things, it’s not ideal if you intend to write anything long due to the lack of an “organizational” system. While there’s the sections tab, it’s not readily obvious. A “nesting” system or a way to store notes/stories in “folders” would be ideal. Secondly, though more minor: this app lacks the ability to make lists (it doesn’t automatically indent), which can prove irritating. Aside from the above, the app is wonderful! Despite limiting a few features for users who haven’t bought “pro” mode, the app is definitely useable without paying, and paying money will only improve convenience if anything— which is to say, it’s not strictly necessary, and the app is great as it is. The font isn’t overbearing, and the free theme isn’t harsh on the eyes. The overall app looks clean and modern. So... four stars. Could be better, but is pretty good as is.

So fun! i am making a fiction novel and it's so easy and fun to use! You will love it. You can make long chapters. And so much more. There are not many fonts but it's almost perfect!

If you are looking for an awesome free app to write stories in, you are in the right place! There are no adds, which is awesome! I am working on a book called “Old and Grand”, which is working out so good thanks to this app! There are no bugs whatsoever, and by bugs I mean no glitches or problems with this app! Werdsmith is not only great for writing books or stories, it is also awesome for writing down notes! It is like your own journal in an app! Thankyou Werdsmith for making this app! And readers, please download!
