I love this app. It encouraged me to write more. I don’t have to write stories with a pencil anymore. I can just type it in so easily. Now I can power my dreams. I hope this app will give me enough courage to become a famous writer when I grow up!

This is a great writing app compared to the others ones I’ve seen. I love how organized you can be. The stats things was also an amazing idea, it lets me know about my story. But there is something I’d like to point out. The thing is about the prompts, there a great idea but there are some changes you should make to it. First, I’m really annoyed with the fact that sometimes, the prompts don’t work and you loose the prompt even though it hasn’t written the sentence for you. It’s wasting my prompts and I hate it a lot! You should really try to fix this, it’s getting on my nerves. This might just be me but, other times, I unintentionally click on the prompts and they get used. I think that for this, you should put a pop-up saying “Do you want to use a prompt” or something similar to it. Thanks for reading!

This is my favorite writing app, and the update turned out to significantly improve the overall experience. I love ghostwriter, but I'm hesitant to use it most times in case it's ‘censored,’ and I waste one of the thirty suggestions we receive monthly.

Only a yearly membership?

I’ve been using this app for a while and I stopped my subscription for a while, I wanted to resubscribe but it looks like it’s only a yearly subscription now (and if there’s a monthly version the app makes it impossible to find which is poor design) I am a student and can’t pay 150$ all at once, I want to make more projects but I have reached the limit and it makes me want to find an alternative app unfortunately

A Cheaper Price?

I used to love this app, and I still do, but 100+ for an app??? I understand the ghostwriter function and all, but still! Then they say they’re offering a cheaper option for 99.99 for lesser prompts? That’s still insane to me?! I was happy with the monthly payments before, but this is too much, if you wanted it for the ghostwriter perk then maybe I understand, but I just want to access the fonts and be able to have more ideas written, is there no way to make that an option, a cheaper one at that… I don’t know. I used to love this app, but I have no use for the new perks, and will not pay 100 or more just to be able to write more ideas, I have no use for the new functions, maybe if in the future they offer a subscription like they one they had before this massive update I’ll use this app, until then, well…

The only membership option I see is $150/year. I thought it was $5 a month, but no, it’s more than double, apparently. That too expensive for any writing software. I’ve looked at them all, and that’s the most expensive I’ve seen. I hate how you have the lightbulb icon in the editor, visible at all times. That’s just an advertisement as far as I’m concerned. Plus, say I get this over-priced membership you want to sell me and I accidentally press the lightbulb and use one of my prompts? Dumb. Also, I tried one of my freebie prompts and they gave me a single word sentence. Don’t get me wrong. This is a beautiful app. But so far I cannot see myself using this for any serious novel writing.

The to do part of this app is really blank. It’s only writing. I also can not add a title to anything. My Ghost ? writer has been very helpful but it acts up a lot. I have just got this app and there is much more I must learn but I would love it if you could add a picture or drawing part to this app. ✏️?❤️

I have been using this application since it first came out. I upgraded from the free version to the premium version years ago and use this app to write down notes, writing prompts, etc. Today I log on to the app and start a new note and it is telling me to upgrade to $99 a year as I have reached the “writing limit” with 28k words written. This app used to be so great, but it’s disappointing It can’t be used as it was intended to before. Upset I paid for this app back then.

Ok first of all I love this app, but WHY THE HECK can’t the novel format and other formats be free?! I don’t know about you but I hate spending money on USELESS stuff! Second of all, there’s some bugs, like whenever I skip a line it “tabs” me. Last of all, I’m sorry I called your formats useless, but come on, MAKE EVERYTHING FREE!!!
