Pretty crappy

Tboccell

Let me know less than 3 hours before delivery that clothes would be 24 hours late. Now, a day later, clothes are late...again. I could forgive picking up clothes 15 minutes late (like they did), but, at this point, would have been easier, quicker and cheaper to just so myself. Won't use again.

Terrible

48 hours late, and limited communication. Terrible service, better off washing my clothes by hand.

Awesome service

Awesome service

Lost multiple items of clothing

Meredith Pence

Used them a couple times, and that's the end of that! They lost multiple expensive items along with giving me someone else's clothing by accident. They only offered to reimburse to a certain amount that wasn't even worth trying to get from them. Do not use

Higher cost and worse service

Jelleybean72688

Do yourself a favor if you're in LA and just use Rinse or Naki Laundry instead. Washio used to be about the same price as other wash and fold apps with free, fast delivery (often next day service) and a cookie at pickup. Now they are much more expensive, added a $6 delivery fee even though their entire business is around deliveries, and the last two orders they haven't even brought the silly cookie that's now the only thing setting them apart from competitors. It now takes three days to get your clothes back. Customer support is also slow. You can get wash and fold locally at $1.50-1.75 (even some $1.25 places around) if you drop off and pick up your own clothes. $2.15 is crazy! I only used Washio this week because I had $15 credit and I STILL was charged almost $50 for a week's worth of wash and fold. Delete this app and install Rinse and Naki. You'll be relieved you did.

Really?

The service is ridiculously expensive. Which would be fine, but on top of that you get charged a delivery fee AND you're relentlessly asked to tip. Given the cost I would expect my things to be folded nicely and maybe have my socks bound together with a rubber band like every other laundry service in SF. Instead, I received a pile of underwear and a heap of socks -- some folded one way, some folded another way, some not folded at all. If I'm going to pay you $45+ to clean ONLY my socks and underwear I would expect at least the standard service every other place in SF provides.

Horrible Customer Service

Obaid K.

Their customer service is horrible. I was accused of having bed bugs in my laundry and get a call from a manager informing me my laundry will be dropped off as is. I was livid and demanded my laundry to be rechecked. Coming to find out, I never did have bed bugs. The manager was apologetic but the damage was done. I decide to give them another try so I use their "laundry services" again and am outside waking my dogs. I see a their delivery driver looking for my building door and I let him know where I lived as I continued to walk my dogs. He stated- " this is your laundry and you are telling me where to go, really?" Then I see him throw my folded laundry bag towards my door and he walked off. I asked him what his problem was..... Called their customer service and that went real far....not! Not to mention if you ask for scented laundry, laundry comes back stiff with no scent what so ever. Washio is more like bye bye-o for me!

Do not use

Swaggington

Pros: comfort of someone picking up your laundry Cons: They lost 5 pairs of EXPENSIVE socks, and one of my pillow cases, and the bedding was still dirty. The reviews online already told me that I can't trust them with my good clothes, but I didn't expect them to actually lose my items, especially at the price they charge

The WORST.

Bernie in Bozeman

I've had multiple orders processed incorrectly. While customer service is usually quick to address their mistakes, it always involves sending my order back, and being without clothes for several days. I just can't see continuing to pay this much for a sub-par service. The idea of convenience flies out the window with each botched order, and makes the chore of hauling my laundry out seem much more appealing. Deleting the app and returning to my local brick-and-mortar cleaner, to have my clothes cleaned correctly the first time.

Lost my shirt

Bengle4

Washio lost one of my shirts and has stopped responding to my emails. It has been over a week and I still haven't heard back. It is overpriced, but the convenience of it was nice, however I will never use them again considering they lost clothing and won't make it right or even get back to me.
