Ruins shirts, pays less than 1/2
Former loyal customer.
Showed up days late, then late for the rescheduled time. (Past 10:30 for a 9-9:30 window). Disregarded my explicit instructions to dry clean rather than wash and fold my clothing. Ruined 5 shirts, each worth over 70 dollars. Terms of service say they will cover costs up to 5x the dry cleaning- less than half of the cost of each individual shirt. Terrible customer support.

I am never doing laundry again! The shirts come back pressed so nice my favorite barista finally agreed to go out with me. And it goes without saying, Go Pats!

fast amazing service with round the clock phone support? you don't see start ups like this anymore! not really sure what I would do without washio, they save me so much time and their availability for pick ups and deliveries crushes all their competitors, I've used rinse and their turnaround are way too long and availability isn't great

Easy to use app. Fast and reliable service. Can't ask for anything more. Only negative is that prices can be high, the cost of convenience I suppose.

Too expensive for sure but I do like the door service. Great for someone always on the go, otherwise it's more economical to stick with your local cleaners. No complaints otherwise. My clothes are always cleaned properly. Thank ??
Do not trust Wash.io with your clothes

If you like what you own, do not trust Wash.io with your personal items. They both completely shrunk my dry cleaning order and LOST AN ENTIRE BAG of my wash and fold laundry (75% of my wardrobe). It just disappeared and never even made it to their facility! Thank god I kept the physical receipt from their "ninja" otherwise I'd be totally screwed. Even so, they refused to take responsibility.

Everything came out great and easy to work with but not cheap. Probably will use it rarely for dry cleaning but that's about it.
