Edit:tried them again, they were 30 minutes late. I use washio occasionally. I stopped for a while after the deliveryman forgot to bring up half my clothes and they were lost in washio's system for a day or two, rendering me pantsless. I just tried it again, and this time the guy decided to not call me during my 630-700 am delivery slot, and apparently left as a no-show, much like the UPS Guy's legendary ability to approach at one's door to leave an "unable to contact customer" slip. Rinse is more reliable, but much less flexible when it comes to scheduling. Not happy to have woken up an hour early for no reason.

I was excited by the great app and order process was smooth. But my clothes came back with stains all over when they were none before. Great idea and service but will not trust them with my clothes.

Use the app to set a pick up and drop off time. Once the service is complete, you agree to the final bill and it automatically deducts from your account. Simple. One thing. It's bloody expensive. Going to the actual dry cleaner is far cheaper. So you're "overpaying" even for this type of service.

I was one of their first customer. Few months ago, they damaged my sweater and fairly reimbursed me for it. Last week , they thought that washing a silk/woolen jacket was acceptable. Not mentioning this is a $2000 jacket. After realizing they made a mistake they still decided to hide behind their legal terms and give me $300 for jacket??! This is by far the worst app I've used (not mentioning their crazy prices) and they shouldn't be on the market.

I've used Washio about 6-8 times (only because of a promotion). In that time, I've had to contact customer service about 16 times. Issues range from lost clothes, ruined clothes (bleach stains, dry cleaning was washed), TONS of lost items but I also gained a few new items from other's laundry loads, and late pick ups / drop offs. No exaggeration- every aspect of this operation is a failure.
