They lost a loyal customer

I actually loved the convenience of Washio and used them exclusively for dry cleaning my work suits and dress shirts. But they recently eliminated morning pick-ups and drop-offs for Oakland. That means they are no longer convenient, since my evening plans are hard to predict. If they can't come in the morning, I no longer have any reason to use this service. Back to using the normal dry cleaner!

Expensive concept

As a service it's the standard on demand delivery clothes cleaning application. However the cost compared to competition (rinse,dryv,etc) is way above. For 15 items (not 15lb just underwear, t shifts and one jeans) the cost was $45 before new customer discounts which was only $10. They included a tip even though I didn't choose to.

Some people need Washio and some people don't. I'm one of those people who lives in a city where Washio is very necessary for city life. I choose the time to pick up and drop off. I gladly pay the extra to have my laundry done and neatly folded and returned to my doorstep. Thanks Washio!
don't use washio if you want your clothes back

they've lost my clothes twice now, and about 50% of the time, are late to deliver without prompt communication of when the new ETA will be. ugh. I've had enough. can't uber start offering this service? they're clearly not able to handle a logistics business.
Lost items and horrible support

Washio lost my clothes and it has been the biggest pain trying to get the issue reconciled. I was even charged for the item that was not returned and no refund or compensation 7 days later and no responses from support. Don't use Washio.

Washio is awesome! I use it frequently, and it always makes me smile when my clothes come back. I highly recommend it if you're a busy person and three loads of laundry in my building is basically 30 dollars now. It's compatible in price and I don't have to do anything ????
Can't delete card

It's extremely upsetting that in order to see the app and functionality you have to first put in your card info. I don't trust this, and when you do enter it, you can't delete a card without putting in a new one first, and there's no easy way to see how to delete your account.
