Lost my shirt – Washio - On demand dry cleaning and laundry delivered Review

Washio lost one of my shirts and has stopped responding to my emails. It has been over a week and I still haven't heard back. It is overpriced, but the convenience of it was nice, however I will never use them again considering they lost clothing and won't make it right or even get back to me.
