Absolute WORST

Stay far away!!! I ordered 4 tickets to a Utah Jazz game, but they never came. I called, and the customer service reps told me that they had been emailed to me earlier that day. However, I had no such email. I was told that the email was going to be sent to me within the hour. After calling back in 3 times after not receiving the email, I was informed that the seller somehow had not transferred the tickets (right as the game was starting). They told me to wait for the email to come, and that it would be arriving within a few minutes. It never came. And guess what? I STILL was charged for tickets that I NEVER received. Absolute joke. Oh and to make matters worse- they never took notes on any of my calls. I would explain the situation, and they would say that they had no record of it. Horrible horrible horrible.

Easy site to use. Hate those hidden fees. If it says ticket is $98.00 then that should be the price not $125 because of all the fees!!

The App is horrible. The seamless ease of use is non existent. I keep getting errors when I try to login to my account. Your programs need to go back to the drawing board with this app.
