Unlike their 1 competitor, they don’t tell you the outrageous fee they charge until the final submit button. Switching back to the other dealer, at least they rob you in daylight

Vivid Seats is just another ticket scalper. They grab a block of tickets as soon as they are available (in milliseconds). They then jack up the price and sell to you. Due to the way they operate, there is no way you can purchase tickets from the ticket office of the venue. If enough people refuse to purchase the tickets from these and others like them, we can run them out of business. Good luck.

I purchased two tickets to george strait and was disappointed that a week later a $40 discount was being promoted. So I wasted $80 for purchasing early. However, we are very excited about seeing the legendary George Strait!

Went to buy two basketball tickets @18 each. Get to checkout and it’s $60! $9 Service fee and $15 SPECIAL DELIVERY WHEN NOTHING NEEDS TO BE DELIVERED FOR ONLINE TICKETS. Garbage company. Deleting app and using another company. I will never use your garbage service again UPDATE ??? They sent me a phone notification saying I could get $40 off the game IF I SPEND $400 ?????

Tickets were sold to a third party representing vivid seats it was a total nightmare to get into the venue since they had to let us in using the credit card they used to buy the tickets that we thought we were buying from vivid seats, a total rip off DO NOT BUY FROM VIVID SEATS, you’ll regret it
