Service charges are extremely high. The app won’t show you what those fees are until after your payment info and phone number is entered. Expect at least a 30% markup per ticket for hidden fees.

My 17 year old son and my husband had the chance to see their first NFL game together before we move. Thanks to Vivid Seats it was affordable and we all had the absolute best time at the Chiefs vs Broncos game! My son said it was the best day of his life!

I love the technology between the ticket listings and the stadium maps. Like the blinking lights where the tickets you're looking at are located on the map. I'm having a problem adding a second filter like ascending seat location plus descending prices though. Overall easy to use and fun!

I was looking forward to using this ticket service but probably won't again because the fees were a joke! I can understand a service fee but an "e-ticket fee"?
