I signed up for this app. We live in nyc. I bought last minute tix to the nyc nutcracker on Friday 12/29. The weekend of the last shows. The best seats in the house! ROW A. Center orchestra (right behind the conductor ) for $59!!!! (The tix face value is $295) the price included sweet seats (free souvenirs book , free fancy photo with a dancer and 15% off at the gift shop!) I am still stunned . It was literally a Christmas miracle. I thought it was too good to be true . When I got to the show, I was glowing. I was In complete awe. I’m going to use vivid seats for everything ***i think it worked well for me since it was so last minute (like an hour before the show) AND I was right around the corner. Nevertheless, it was amazing Oh and The venue’s ticket availability started at $108 in nosebleed seats!

Bought 2 tickets with transaction fees of $208. That did not include a delivery fee of $8. They sent the tickets via Email. Why the $8 fee on top of $208. This site is horrible...
Expire listing drop off not listed on mobile app

I loved the app until a few months ago, now when the listings expire I am unable to update on the mobile app, extremely frustrating, also on game day the listings are only good for 2 hours

I was absolutely scammed. Bought tickets to Purdue-Michigan football game this fall. Bought about the most expensive tickets on site for 2nd row, I believe. After I purchase, what comes through are 50th row. This was not user error, I made sure to 2x check seats before purchasing. Customer Service: “I’m looking at the seats right here, you bought these.” Really?? 300+ for seats in 54th row? Purdue?? “Price doesn’t have anything to do with the seats you bought, sir.” Just plain rude service. Never got next-day call from manager that I was promised several times. I gave away tickets to students.

There was I mess up when I bought a Notre Dane football ticket, it turns out that ticket I bought was already purchased, so vivid offered me a ticket closer to the football field with no extra charge plus free shipping. I will always go through vivid tickets:)
