App close every time I go to Listing Manager

I go to a lot of events and also sell extra tickets when friends bail on me. While I do prefer Stubhub because their fees are cheaper, I always check/list on Vivid Seats as well. I like Vivid Seats but they definitely need improvements. 1. Why does it take so long to deposit the money into my PayPal?? Stubhub it's like 2-3 days while Vivid Seats is more like 2-3 WEEKS! 2. Why don't you guys have a direct deposit option like Stubhub, makes problem 1 seem even worse. 3. On the App, every time I go to Listing Manager, the app crashes and closes. What's the point of even having the app if I always have to open it on my browser. 4. Y'all tripping tripping on them fees, I know y'all gotta eat too but 25% is just ignorant. Get under 20 and watch y'all sales go up.

I will never again use Vivid Seats for ticketing!!!! I did not have confirmation of my text Coker’s until 6 (!!!) hours before the concert and I had purchased them 3 months earlier!!! And the “confirmation” was that a VS person would be onsite and swipe us in with his credit card. Needless to say that was another nightmare scenario I’m too tired to get into... DO NOT USE VIVID SEATS!!!!

I’ll update my review when I don’t need high speed internet at the event (where 60,000 other people are using the same cell tower) to pull up my tickets.
Seller’s app features very difficult to use

I’m pretty tech savvy, yet these features as a occasionally seller are very difficult to use. Particularly the uploading of pdf tickets. Web site instructions need to be much more clear to avoid the wait time for help from their toll free line.

I recently wanted to go to a Philadelphia 76ers game. Seeing as this is the app that ESPN sends you to, I figured it would be ok. After spending $300 on the tickets, I waited 10 minutes for a confirmation email. This email did not arrive. In its place was an email saying “a request has been submitted for cancellation.” I did not submit a request for cancellation. I checked around on other sites and discovered that the tickets had been unavailable long before I tried to order them. All in all, if you want to go to an event, get your tickets somewhere else.
