I bought parking pass for a game on the same day as the event.. I never used Vivid seats before so I called to ask how the tickets would be delivered.. The operator I spoke to said I would meet someone close to the venue.. So I left my house to get closer as I live an hour away, I called again to ask if I dont get the email on where to meet the seller, would I be able to get a refund, The operator told me to call back and ask for a supervisor and ask for the refund .. An hour after I bought them and 10 min from my destination I received an email that said my tickets were ready to print- I was no where near a printer- I called after the game and explained I was given bad information by one of the operators.. Supervisor listened to my call and knew I was given bad info and apologized but could not given me a refund.. I got a call a couple days later and they offered me $14.95 of the $60 I spent on the ticket.. But bc I was upset and asking questions like why is that all Im getting??? They never sent me my $14.95.. ?

I have received an email showing my tickets, which I cannot print for entry to our December game. I have called and received multiple emails, no PDFs attached, and no way to PRINT. What gives with company.
