Why not reveal the total fees up front like most sites? Makes it a lot user friendly. Pretty much a no-brainer.

I bought tickets to an NHL hockey game, and the e-tickets were sent to my phone. But when I got to the venue, the e-tickets wouldn’t scan. Turns out I had to print the tickets for them to be valid, but Vivid Seats didn’t inform me of that. They expected me to see tiny writing on the bottom of the tickets. Long story short, I’m not going to use Vivid Seats again, but if you do, MAKE SURE to read all the fine print. And know that the “full peace-of-mind” they offer comes with a lot of hoops to jump through.

I honestly can not sit here and explain which is worse, the company vivid itself or the app that can’t even do what the company is designed for. Not only did the app fail when trying to upload tickets that were attempting to be sold, But the company still is trying to hold me accountable for selling tickets nowhere in the agreement does it say you were required to own a computer to upload the PDFs that vivid seats sent you. Mind you the ticket were BOUGHT THROUGH THE APP! Worst experience yet when it comes to selling tickets....

I feel cheated! Just charged $15 on $30 tickets where the so called shipping was sending a link via email! Horrible service, I don’t recommend.

Customer service is SO BAD! I never received two of my tickets to a football game and let them know. I had even called before the game to find out where to find the tickets were. No refund...
Seats together?

I wanted to buy 2 tix for a game. Found a good deal but gave me section & row. But didn't give me seat numbers. So I don't know if seats are together. Needless to say I didn't buy them given the no refund policy. Pathetic!!!

The site does not have enough transparency. I just bought two (2) tickets for $72 each. I know the row number but have no idea where the seats are. Also, the additional fees, ie: total cost, is not fully disclosed until you have already made the purchase. In this case their fees totaled almost $45,,, which I think is excessive.
