Worst app and operator ever

Please be aware of this brand.they are welcome and then they not carrying about customer at all.


Worst app I've ever used. Full of bugs, can’t even sign in!

Full of bugs, can’t event sign in. You need fire you Developes and QA, and hire the professionals. On Each new step At each step of the registration process I received more and more new errors... support not responding, the chat field is allow you to see just one line of text which you wrote:( Guys you need QA your app!!!


Worst customer service experience

The conversation I had with the support team lasted 8 hours because they took 30-50 minutes to reply after each text (I replied the same minute they did). And after all that they couldn’t help with the issue, suggesting I go in-store after doing so once and yet again not having the issue resolved. I’ll be cancelling my subscription with them at the end of the month. This is why NOBODY uses Virgin.

It’s not WhatsApp or Instagram application Every week it’s updating for what? Become more fast or More useless than before When you need to check something urgent App is asking stupid update I think app makers so unprofessional and thinks with part of his body not mind

Terrible Chat System

To get help you have to use their in-app chat system. I tried using 3 days in a row and NO ONE replied to the query. No to mention my number stopped working out of no where. Terrible service. Switching to another carrier (Etisalat is the only option thanks to this duopoly) ASAP.

I have never written a review before but I just have to do this to warn people! I have also never come across a service so unprofessional and so inefficient in my entire life. I fell for the gimmick of "get a SIM delivered to you in 60 minutes" so ordered one online. Nowhere did it state that certain categories of individuals will need to go "in store" to complete the transaction but only after my credit card was charged was this information made available to me. I downloaded the mobile app and was given several store options to go to pick up my SIM card. As I type this, I am at the 3rd "store" this app suggested I go to for an in store experience and been told that no such store exists in the location or premise. How do you leave on redundant or no longer in use locations on your website? Let's not even talk about the taxi fare I have had to pay to get to these 3 locations and back. I tried to chat with a customer service representative but till now (24 hours later) my inquires are left unanswered and I am being told there is a high volume of requests. Virgin Mobile, I am going ahead to get another service provider and request that you refund me in full. If anyone is looking for a service provider in Dubai, run as far as you can from this one.
