Worst customer service experience – Virgin Mobile UAE Review
The conversation I had with the support team lasted 8 hours because they took 30-50 minutes to reply after each text (I replied the same minute they did). And after all that they couldn’t help with the issue, suggesting I go in-store after doing so once and yet again not having the issue resolved. I’ll be cancelling my subscription with them at the end of the month. This is why NOBODY uses Virgin.
