If you traveling to somewhere, if you are a tourist do not buy this stupid sim cards. It’s can be blocked with no rease, and there is no any fuuckn way to unlock it! They dont have any call center do contactem them and try to fix the issue! or with this stupid app! MFUS!

I was worried about using the app to move my existing number from (my previous telecom) to Virgin mobile on a Thursday day at 3 p.m I thought it will take days to be done but I had no choice as I wanted to move from my old operator after 5 years of excellent service but the reason I wanted to move is to have full control over my plan when I’m traveling and when my usage is lower than it should. So I followed the steps, picked my plan. Made a payment which had an error but then it was fixed after contacting their support Next 35 min I received the SIM with a temporary number then in 20 min my number was moved Now I’m in control of my plan I can pause it when I travel I can charge it extra GBs when I need to use the hotspot I really recommend anyone who is not using the full package of their plans to give it a try here

On this version of the app you can’t replace your credit card details. I cancelled mine to upload the new one and I get a system error. Chatting with the customer service I find out that I have to use an Android phone to change my card details!!!! Absurd.
I enjoy Virgin.

I love the Virgin service. It was a little annoying that when I was on the road, away from WiFi, I wanted I check my usage. I was unable to access the app, because I needed to update it first. Usually their customer service is one of the best in the UAE.
