I CAN'T LOG IN WITHOUT THE APP CRASHING. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I TRIED INSTALLING MULTIPLE TIMES BUT SAME THING OVER AND OVER. I CAN'T DO ANYTHING. LITERALLY NOTHING.

Very poor support by virgin mobile . The 800 number is not easily found . Chatting support useless. Ghofran who spoke to me did not even bother to respond to me question, No 800 given to me to call them Stay away from Virgin UAE!!

The Virgin mobile UAE APP is so easy to use and navigate it makes it a tru replacement for call centers. Snappy, comprehensive and constantly updated! Great job Virgin Uae mobile team.


Zero customer service

Customer service for Virgin UAE should be at a negative star level. Waited four hours for someone to try and assist, when “Jean“assistance “ didn’t work they just stopped trying and passed me off to “Mack” who doesn’t respond either. I wanted to try Virgin as the other two carriers here are terrible for customer service. I have asked both Jean and Mack to get in me touch with their supervisor to no avail. It has now been 56 hours and still no solution , the SIM card needs to be reactivated , I am willing to pay a reactivación fee or get a new SIM card, however, I am in a never ending loop of new people who have no idea what they are doing. I would be very hard pressed to recommend Virgin mobile for anything or anyone unless lack of customer support is what they were looking for. Negative one star. I continue to try and leave a review and it does not get added.

Last february 16, 2020 i raised my concern regarding my outgoing sms issue which i cannot do with my other simcard same from virgin mobile....i contacted their chat support thru this app, it all ended up nothing until now its been one month they did not resolved my issue....everytime these chat support personnel were always closing the ticket with out resolution to the problem...i dont know if this people are doing their job properly...

Problems with their payment service called me to use the “live chat” in the app. The “live chat service” is an absolute joke and a serious disrespect and time waster to the customer. Questions in an “open live chat” often take more than 30-60 minutes to be answered, which means this is hardly a “live chat”. At best it’s an email answering service, except the answers you get are incomplete and useless as they only address your last chat question instead of providing full solutions. So a question that can be answered in 1 email will take 10-20 chat messages with 60 min between each answer. When I raised this issue with the chat person, they told me (45min later) that they were “sorry that I felt that way” about the service! Felt that way!!? Wt.. The complete lack of a live chat and zero solution to my query is not a “feeling about the system”, it’s a factual observation of their complete lack of service. If you ever wondered how useless a chat system can get, here’s where you’ll find out. Avoid!!

Du and Etisalat is a use it or loose it deal. If I’ve had any problems or complaints, virgin have responded quite promptly. I get to choose my own service and top up whenever I like and how much I like. Not only that,I could even pick if I want data, international calls or local calls. The service in the UAE.

So I got 2 of my friends to join virgin b4 I found out that I could get free data if I use a code to invite them instead and they would get free data too. I gave this code to a 3rd friend but was a bit sad I missed out on the first 2. Today I got 2 free tickets to c tomb raider after I entered the draw! Woohooo! Virgin, u r awesome! Great network coverage and excellent customer service. Du and etisalat ought to take notes from your customer service team. Keep up the good work.

The numbers are very bad. You cannot have any nice numbers. You cant even pay for a better number. The packages are no better than etisalat or du. Long story short stick with your current service provider theres no incentive to switch over
