There is a minimum plan and unlike what they market. Number are bad. Plans are not “competitive”. Nothing attractive. Even “bring the sim” to you is not attractive.

In all honesty, I expected more. Rates are not competitive at all. In fact the exact opposite. Du will actually give you much more minutes and data for much less. The value is definitely not there. I’m not sure why people would even consider this service given that they are basically ripping you right off. We need more minutes and data for what we are paying for. I know many who have cancelled and I will be next because the plans horribly priced. Way too much for too little.

Just when I thought I couldn’t find a worse service than etisalat, these guys proved me wrong. They advertise they can deliver the sim card to you directly but then when you actually pay they be like “ops we don’t deliver to that particular area.” Live in the new century and hire people who can do a simple job such a freaking delivery!!

I had some issues with my ID update and after contacted Virgin a few times via the apps and email communication, the last response I received was “our technical team is working on this and we will get back in 48 hours”. It has been more than a week now and I haven’t hear back anything despite 4 follow up emails have been sent. As a customer with Virgin UK for the last 5 years I am extremely disappointed by Virgin UAE. The service quality is definitely not on par with their peer in UK. Incompetent and irresponsible are the best words to describe the support team which provided me zero assistance for the last few weeks despite many emails and request have been sent. Avoid Virgin UAE unless you don’t think you ever need the support.

I agree with some other reviewers the staff is in absolute confusion with no answers when it comes to passport registration. They need a valid visa to keep your number on???? I mean is not the passport already an official document??? And who gets stamps these days in UAE for passport this is high tech???? Joke
