if united can create a good app, virgin's app should be at least as good. I'd give zero stars if I could. can't even access flight status.

App is not connected to anything

The app did not recognize my Elevate number or my reservation. It's like the app is not hooked up to the actual system at all. It didn't even ask for a password. Not sure what this app is intended to do but it doesn't work at all. Save yourself time and skip it.

This is the most unusable travel app available. It's slow, buggy, and rarely works properly. Sir Richard, you need to get back to the office to fire the clowns that wrote this software and start from scratch.

It's not for virgin America

First off, Virgin America and Virgin Atlantic are two different companies. This is why you can't transfer points between the two. Secondly this is not an app for America. And yeah Virgin America should have 1 but they never did. Overall the app did what I wanted which was to get on board with an electronic ticket swipe via the barcode. What else do u need?

For a company that prides itself on style and design, this app is a disgrace. It is slow, ugly, and relies upon the web views more than not. It's basically a repackaged version of your terrible website.
