Have been flying VA and every time I do an online check in, I have to fill up everything including my KTN. I wish there’s a better system. I still love flying VA though.

O our flight to Manchester from Boston both Lynn and Simon were amazing. They took amazing care of me and my husband. They made the start of our vacation a key point of the entire trip.

Checking in was a breeze! Being able to scan my passports so quickly was great! This app is awesome!

Last minute business trip. Picked seat which did not go through. Now I can’t select it and need to see a gate agent. I do things online for efficiency not to wait in lines at the airport.

This app does not work properly. Always loading circle appears even tho good connection and phone. Keeps jumping to pages I don’t want to be on. Needs a lot of work
