Continuously fails to save personal information and requires re-entry every single time.

- Takes forever to load even on the most recent iPhone - Horrible UX design in general, like the main website, flow makes no sense - Loses my passport, green card and personal details between flights so I have to enter them repeatedly despite flying four or five times a year - Booking and search tools are inflexible to the point of being useless - Still has random details of an old flight listed as 'upcoming' from December 2017

Impossible to work around. Mobile won’t sync with other devices. Slow to load. This thing needs a complete reworking.

Sad that you can rack up over 300,000 miles, commit to using Virgin whenever possible, have a Virgin credit card to gain more points and be more loyal and when it comes to using the points it’s one big black out. What’s the point???

Awful app. It pretty much never works. Even if the app works, anything like check in or seat selection never does. This is easily the least reliable app I’ve ever used.

Also not getting any notifications though they are turned on.
Need little improvement, shall provide the feature to add the frequent fly card information

Create a compatible Apple Watch app please! So much easier to look on the watch instead of getting out my phone. Please!!!
