Couldn't retrieve my flight information even though the exact same details worked online. Their "search for your flight" function involved scrolling through HUNDREDS of flight options. Very subpar considering other airlines have up to date technology.

After entering all booking info,app cannot check you in most of the time. If you do find the magic incantation then it won't allow you to change seats. Phone and online "help" are hopeless. Make me fear for my life flying on such a shoddy airline.

Can't check in to flights or do anything. I fly all the time for work on multiple airlines and this is by far the worst app.
